We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, which is why we take extra care in preparing and packaging each crystal for shipping. However, we also understand that accidents can happen during shipping, and we want to make sure that our customers receive their crystals in the best possible condition.

Due to the delicate nature of crystals and their energetic properties, we do not accept returns. We believe that each crystal has its own unique energy and connection to its owner, and therefore cannot be resold or exchanged once it has left our care.

That being said, we stand by the quality of our products and will replace any crystal that is lost or damaged during shipping. If your crystal arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement crystal, and ask that you kindly fill out a form to facilitate the process.
